my neighbor had a huge tree limb fall on his house, luckily it didnt harm anything, but those winds were vicious there for a small period of time.
Some high rainfall totals (radar estimates) showing up from today. Looks like we just missed out on some even worse though with those across southern KY in McCreary and Whitley counties (just to the west and south of Corbin). Another round of storms and heavy rain tomorrow. A signifcant more widespread severe weather event possible for much of the Ohio Valley Friday possibly into Saturday...we might get in on some of that too Saturday.
Under another severe thunderstorm watch as an strong bow echo tracks southeastward across KY. The watch is an extension eastward of a rare PDS (Particularly Dangerous Situation) Severe thunderstorm watch out across southern and southeast KY into TN.

Been a while since the radars have been this clear all around for a while, lol.
A lot of downed trees and power lines throughout Lee and Wise today. Line held together fairly well through the area.
he had a huge tree fall across the road from my house that took down my neighbor's power line.
they fixed it,but the force of the fall bent a light pole a few feet away.
